4.Pull the thigh of each leg up as high as possible on your legs.
5.Pull up the garment over your thighs (Now the garment is no longer inside out).
6.Connect the straps and put them over your shoulder.
7.Have someone help you snap the garment from the bottom up (sometimes it may help to snap a button hole in the middle) and then work your way up from the bottom. Use your hand to compress the fat around your stomach area.
8.If you get stuck, it may help for you to lay down vertically, so your stomach can flatten out
9.The entire process can take up to 10 minutes the first time, so don't give us quickly if you have a hard time.

The Kymaro Body Shaper is one of those "As Seen on TV" products.
